Hi, I'm wafflehunter, a co-founder of Axiom! I started reading webnovels in 2019. I had always been a bit of a book nerd, but back then I wanted to try webnovels because they were free and accessible with the click of a button. My first webnovel was a popular Japanese light novel series that had been adapted into an anime. I remember spending entire weekends binging that novel, and many others afterward.
Although my novel journey started with Japanese light novels, then moved onto Chinese webnovels, and eventually western webnovels, I would now read anything as long as it interests me.
Right now I am also in university, finishing up my master’s degree in computer science. Axiom has been a fun way to combine the part of me that likes building things with the part of me that has spent years reading webnovels.

When I am not studying or working on Axiom, I occasionally play chess. I'm not serious about it, but in high school I used to be a much more active player. I love tabletop games in general; at my university, I'm the president of the Tabletop Club, which meets every week to play games such as Catan, Feed the Kraken, and Wingspan. I also enjoy playing video games from time to time, such as Minecraft or Geometry Dash.
Lifestyle-wise, I'm very into health and skincare. I don't normally go to the gym, but I prefer doing at-home calisthenics. I'm also a huge skincare nerd. I can go on rambling about skincare for hours, but to keep things short: I use sunscreen every morning and a cleanser plus moisturizer at night. I also use retinol, vitamin C serum, and azelaic acid a couple of times per week.
If you were to ask me, one of the most important parts of skincare is a healthy diet. I never eat sweets or junk food because sugar causes inflammation, and sodium causes facial bloating, so I limit my sodium intake to 1,500 mg per day.
